Outstanding food , good service.......we did not had to wait since visited this place twice after the lunch hour about 1:30-2 pm. We where two couples and had 4 different plates each time and for me the first time all the dishes was Great nut just good. For this we went back again and had the same great experience! A... More

Coming from Chicago, I was surprised at the abundance of phenomenal restaurants in Portland, but even more, surprised by the waits! We couldn't get a reservation anywhere, so we just tried our luck and waited. Same here, we were told we'd never get in, but 15 min later on a Friday night, a spot opened up at the bar. The... More

The food was creative. Fresh meat, fish and vegetables with a unique blend of spices. Drinks were outstanding. The service was great, non-pretencious. Parking is difficult unless you get there early. Worth a trip to Portland.

The wings here are like crack but as I'm sure is noted everywhere else, it's very hard to get a table. Seriously, even going on a Monday at 3 pm, we had a 15 minute wait. Not because they were full mind you, just because they really didn't have many people working. There were like 10 open tables. Not fun... More

We ate here mid-week with some new friends. The food is as everyone says, spectacular. Our server was very knowledge-able and helpful in explaining some of the food to people in our group who were unsure. We had the wings, green papaya salad and Lapp. For those of us that have been lucky enough to spend some time in Laos/Northern... More

We ordered all the house specials and took the advice of our server on getting fun mixed drinks ; we had a great meal with real variety that satisfied. The family style dishes worked well for our group of 4. We left full but I would have loved more of the chicken wings! Small eatery so expected a wait ,... More

The food was delicious but the waitress condescending and unfriendly in her dealings with us. We were seated in an area that was surrounded by clear plastic with the sun streaming in. We were hot, sweaty and felt like we were eating in a sauna - not good. The prices and food were good but I will never go back.

We live out of town, but visit Portland often. Pok Pok is a must every time we are here. Yes- it is established the chicken wings are great, but tonight we also enjoyed the curry soup (outstanding!), pork skewers, and prawns with glass noodles. No dish disappointed. Four dishes, rice and three cocktails for $85. Worth every penny!

I love places that concentrate on the food. Where food takes priority. Pok pok was one such place. The fish sauce wings were excellent (order them spicy), the entree with prawns and pork belly was filling and delicious, the Chinese doughnuts were not too sweet, but just perfect. I also had their Vietnamese coffee which was awesome (and I'm SUPER... More

I am a 52 year old man who has done my share of traveling around the world. Without a doubt and without beating around the bush, Pok Pok makes the best Chicken Wings anywhere. My wife and I shared an order of wings and the green papaya salad and were BLOWN away by the flavors, the freshness and the controlled... More
