I am so surprised that every seat was not filled when I went there. The food was excellent and the price as reasonable. I had a breakfast burrito, then went back for a bean burger which was the best I had ever had. Even the dressing on the salad was exquisite. I hope this shop stays around for a long... More

We ducked in here to get out of the rain. The children had hot chocolate and we had mochas, all very good. A local recommended we try the cinnamon rolls. They are divine and not too sweet! More

We stayed in Oceanside recently and found this little coffee shop right in town. We loved the coffee, and they make really good mochas and breakfast casseroles. They also have sandwhiches and ice cream The one downside is that it's a pretty small place and gets really busy and crowded in the mornings. Highly recommend! More

Enjoy the casual feel of sitting at an ocean view table with excellent coffee. Not to mention a rhubarb deep dish pie or marion berry.....whatever is in season. Huckleberries had just come in season. I like reading in the nook which seems encouraged while staying in Oceanside. It's like visiting my aunt & feeling at home. Small, cozy coffee shop. More

My husband and I spent a night in Oceanside recently, and had breakfast at Brewin' in the Wind. It was great! We split a breakfast burrito and an apple muffin, and both were very tasty. The service was good, and the prices were reasonable. It's a short walk down the hill from the Inn where we stayed. I'd eat there... More

Good coffee. Bad tea. Why don't servers let the tea brew before adding the milk?? Or better yet,put milk out with the cream. Had to throw the tea away. Good cookies, though. More

BREWIN IN THE WIND is a special stop...we make it a point to stop here every time we pass through. It's right across from the beach, in the heart of Oceanside. The more I think about it, I'd actually go as far as saying this place is part of the heart & soul of Oceanside on several levels, even in... More
