I've eaten at the new Taj location, on N.W. 23rd near the Oklahoma City University, almost weekly for the last year. We always eat from the buffet. I made the mistake of eating here rather than leaving. Cold, no atmosphere, poorly laid out buffet with little choice. Food was mediocre. A staff member did thank me for my observations, but made no offer to adjust the bill. I very much doubt that I'll give them another chance.

I love the Chicken Tikka Masala (sp?), the spinach pakoras, and the chuteny dipping sauce. Very good nan. One suggestion: bring a jacket. Seems like the air conditioning is always cranked up. Not a problem, just a "be aware" thing. I sort of enjoy the Bollywood movies playing on the bigscreen, but PLEASE turn the sound down!

Really enjoyed the lunch buffet. I will go again whenever I am in the neighborhood. .

Delicious buffet that caters to meat eaters & vegetarians. You can order traditional food ala carte. Most evenings they even offer you free samples of some of those dishes.
