The food is tasty, fresh and hot. The staff is friendly. The place is spotless. We miss our local Fazoli's since it closed. We LOVE Fazoli's

ok fast food, nice people. all you can expect from an italian place with a drive thru attached. at least they are offering free unlimited breadsticks again

People love Frazoli's but not my husband and I. I don't think anything is made fresh; everything TOO SALTY and all sauces taste the same. We will not be going back. Had to ask to have table wiped off too.

Great sauce, almost as good as mine! Ha Ha! Anyway never been disappointed. The baked spaghetti is our favorite. The staff is always pleasant and seems to have fun!

Sauce had an acidic slightly burnt taste. The dishes were seemed too pre-made, small portions. Decor was non-existent.

They now have family sized portions for those staying at nearby hotels and comes with bread sticks and salad.

The food is very good and always hot. It is not made, of course, until you order it. I have noticed the restaurant could use a very good cleaning on the inside around the dining room. Lots of dust and cobwebs around.

I love the concept, the prices were good, and the menu choices where good, but aside from awesome bread sticks the food was only decent. The lasagna noodles were overcooked and the Alfredo didn't have a strong cream and butter taste. Not bad, just not great.
