I love their burgers - the turkey Reuben my husband had was good, my salad (with a burger) was excellent - friend wasn't impressed with the potato pancake - but service was good and we had a good meal - I've been here before and I'll go back. Recommend the blue cheese burger - yum!

We arrived early afternoon and they were serving breakfast or lunch. My husband got the steak and eggs and said it was very good. I got the hamburger because I heard seen rave reviews for it. It also was very good. I have had better though. The service was very slow and it was only moderately busy.

Right on the corner of the busy downtown area. Food was good, service quick. nice view of the water in the front room.

We ate supper here one evening and our waitress was beyond outstanding! I wish I could remember her name - she was priceless. Our meal was above average, but not our favorite on the island. Still, it's a nice place for a decent meal, good drinks and "pub" atmosphere. We recommend it.

Mossbocks serves the best perch dinners! The breading is light and made with cornmeal instead of the heavy deep fried batters that hide the fish. They also make the best kamakazees (vodka & lime drinks) on the island.

We have never had a bad meal at mossbacks and the price is very reasonable. Delicious, just get there. And for you Late-risers, they serve breakfast till 1pm!

One of the handful of sit down restaurants at South Bass Island aka Put-in-Bay where the quality of food and service is worth the price. Mossback's is pricy, but the food is excellant. We go evrytime we are at PIB and have not had a bad meal or poor service.

Love the food at Mossbacks! They serve breakfast till 12:00/noon for those of you, like me, that may have had a little too much fun the night before. If you get breakfast....cheesy potatoes...oh yeah!!! Lunch...the burgers...mmmmm!!! And even for a snack...walleye bites rock! Go and enjoy!

Visited the place today with my wife. I had the perch sandwich if you call it that. What constitutes a sandwich in this restaurant is one small piece of rubbery fish the size of a hot dog. For the cost of 13.99. Have you ever been cheated if not please check out this restaurant by all means.
