Have passed this place many times with its Knight in armour on a horse and decided we must go in when next out on a walk. We were not disappointed. We arrived after using one of the walks that they have on their website. The place was buzzing with people and despite being told that they had a staff shortage... More

firstly we would like to comment on the good food we had at your establishment on sunday 8th april. it was recommended to us by friends. But most of all we have to compliment the lovely lady that looked after us from the time we walked in to when we left. She was very chatty and friendly towards us, and... More

We visited this pub as enjoy driving out on a Sunday to traditional pubs.. This has excellent food and its own brewery. We had the carvery, but there were other options! At £10.95 it is slightly dearer then some Sunday lunches but not particularly for its South Warwickshire location. However the quality of food made it an enjoyable experience plus... More

I had a mid-week lunch meeting with a friend and was pleasantly surprised by this place. Located in Whichford nr Shipston-on-Stour, this pretty village on the edge of the Cotswolds is known for it's pottery and being mentioned in the Domesday book, and lucky them – it also happens to have a very nice village pub! The pub is sympathetic... More

The owners and staff are really helpful and friendly. There was a flaming log fire which smelled so nice and looked so welcoming. We are really... More

Tim and Jane at last we met having had a recommendation from friends in Bicknoller. The Norman Knight the place time forgot with a menu which cannot be forgot. Wonderful setting of Whichford - a gem in the corner of the Cotswolds - loved the experience with fine food and loved the local ales (apologies if we over indulged). Look... More

We have always tried to instil in all of our staff the importance of interaction and hospitality so I am very sorry that this was not your experience on this occasion. We will... More
