I Visited the water bridge after a long day on the road and with 100 miles still to go- I was really hungry and looking forward to a break and a good meal.
Joined by my colleague we were seated by a waitress who forced out a half smile and told us out waiter would be over shortly, which we...

The re-branding of this former Brewer's Fayre venue as a Table Table pub/restaurant seems to have had mixed results. I arrived in the eventing after a long journey from Yorkshire, and found that it was a curry evening. I chose this option, and the curry was excellent. Nice family meals and spacious and friendly. We enjoyed a family party here and lovely pub foods and not too expensive. Light and airy. Staff friendly and helpful.
For a quick meal or a business meet this is adequate, nothing special but nothing bad to say. The food choice is good and service avergae. Nice clean retaurant and facilities, comfy seating.
Grandaughter had stayed the weekend with us and we had arranged to meet with parents at this pub so that we could have a pleasant family lunch before she went back home. We don't know where to start. There does not seem to be any area for a pre-lunch drink- so we were shown to our table very quickly. We...
