Fleetwood and the surrounding areas are jam-packed with top class chippys, in Cleveleys Seniors & Thornton Fisheries are very good, & in Fleetwood I highly rate Shakies, Chatties, amongst others. However, i do believe that Richardsons are the best of the surrounding area. Always top quality fish, tasty chips!

So often am I disappointed when I eat fish and chips, the fish is dry, the chips are frozen, but this place is superb!!! Great personal service and excellant quality of food, Jason sure knows his craft!!! Cannot wait to go again!

We visit the areas regularly to see relatives, and have tried many restaurants nearby and been disappointed. We didn't expect much from Richardson's, but were pleasantly surprised as everything was delicious. Absolutely perfect fish; fresh and beautifully cooked with crispy batter. Tasty chips. Yummy mushy peas. Clean throughout. Service with a smile. Couldn't ask for more.

Richardson's is Fleetwood's poshest fish and chip shop, and as it's off most of the main public transport routes, it needs to shine very brightly to attract custom. Everytime we visit Fleetwood we have lunch at Richardsons and everytime the food and service are wonderful.This time we visited with two very young children and they thoroughly enjoyed the chips as well! The fish was perfect.......with a delicious crunchy batter. The girl serving was really helpful and attentive. No wonder Richardsons gets awards.

I visit Fleetwood regularly and when i do i make a point of visiting Richardsons chippy. My family and I always dine in. The quality of the food is excellent and great value for money. The staff are always friendly. It's been voted one of the best in the country and deservedly do.
