Been to this place three times. Got a charm about it and the menu is interesting though expensive. Warnings are given that it will take time as food served from fresh. The menu is limited and a slight change request was met with some indifference. The choice of vegatables is really awful but this is not just a comment on... More

As a local I have had the chance to eat in many of the good restaurants in Margate but I say without hesitation that BeBeached is my favourite. We visited on our 1st wedding anniversary and looked forward to a cosy, welcoming evening. We were not disappointed! The staff did not know we were celebrating a special occasion but were... More

We were starving and thought the restaurant looked inviting with its pink fluffy umbrellas, so all piled in - a family group of seven. We were met by a concerned-looking female member of staff who "welcomed" us with a stern warning, that we would be faced with a long wait as everything is cooked from fresh; a phrase we were... More

I am confused. I do not own a shot glass! Are you sure you were at BeBeached? If you prefer your burgers flatter give me a call I will make them that way for you or I could recommend one or two ther places where you get them that way automatically. And yes, I was staff challenged that day but... More

Having been to BeBeached several times for coffee/ food, I thought I'd introduce friends from Lodnon. However, having ordered our food (3 out of 4 dishes ordered were the same, so not complicated) we waited, waited and waited some more. Noticing our wai of over an hour, we could see the chef/ kichen staff become anxious. They sent the waitress... More

I am really sorry that you are angry. I would point out to anybody reading that you along with three other tables were advised that there would be a "wait" because a table of fifteen had just sat down ahead of you and naturally I was "anxious" to please you all. It was my mistake in the kitchen with your... More

My family and i were walking along the seafront and saw this place with bright pink parasoles in the distance, we were intregued and walked towards it! When we saw it we laughed as it was all very pink and girly and decided to have a drink. The waitress gave us a menu and we were surprised at the food... More

Well before the Turner's arrival, BeBeached, on Margate's harbour wall, was the destination for those who appreciate uncomplicated quality. Seriously devoted to using locally sourced produce and the concept of slow food, BeBeached continues to fly the flag high. With a selective menu that alters according to whatever is seasonal and with a flair for originality, you'll never really know... More

Before I write anything - I am an acquaintance of the owner but I assure readers that I will be completely unbiased. My partner and I decided to visit in the early Spring. I delved into a Gnocchi and I am unable to remember what my partner had. Both dishes were delicious, I did want more on my plate but... More

We visited Bebeached for our department Away Day last week and really enjoyed it. Jean was friendly and welcoming, and the food was delicious - just what we needed after a walk on the beach. We all agreed the chips were the best that we'd ever had. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Margate! More

I have eat at Bebeached several times now since it opened on Margate's sunny harbour wall - way ahead of all the fun and games of Margate's current Art scene......and have always been impressed. The surroundings are quirky and homely, the whole place has a great relaxed vibe about it with lovely views across the sea front. As a vegi,... More
