Thank you very much for your kind review. We have made a few changes recently and it is really good to see they are working well and that myself and the team are looking after you. More

This along with another review is unfortunately a blatant Lie, This 'reviewer' was not treated in anyway, anything like suggested, and waited a matter of 23 seconds before leaving without paying for drinks. No doubt to go down the road to their friends cafe to which they have submitted photo for. This response is only until tripadvisor remove the review... More

I have been to Arabica a few times now, normally on a Sunday morning for breakfast and a coffee. I have always been very happy, the food is good honest home cooking and the service is excellent. It has to be one of the friendliest cafe/coffee shops around. Call in for a great coffee if your in Thirsk, you won't... More

Thank you very much for your review. I would love to take all the credit on this one, but as I am normally on my day off on a Sunday, I happily give all the credit to my Manager Rosie and to the great team that work for us More

This is our local cafe for a great breakfast & flavoursome coffee. We visit on a regular basis I always have the midi breakfast, husband full English breakfast, consistently good. Lovely friendly service.

Cakes drier than a camel's hoof, run of the mill coffee and slow service. Much better cafe's in Thirsk.

It is a shame you feel this way, and that your views were not aired at the time. I feel your views are unjustified, as I unlike some owners of businesses take great pride in what we do, the quality of our product and in our customer service. I hope you will enjoy your time at the other cafes as... More

I had found on trip advisor. We wanted coffee & cake. Fairly small inside, but clean. Parent/child friendly with clean loos & baby change facility. A decent choice of coffee, snacks. Not a great choice of cakes, pastries or biscuits. I chose the chocolate brownie which was garnished with a strawberry. It was ok. My wife chose the carrot cake again... More

We had visited another establishment on Sunday morning in Thirsk where, despite only four other customers, we sat for over five minutes without even being acknowledged by a member of staff who all seemed to be behind the scenes. On leaving, we wandered across the square to Arabica, and were delighted with the quality and reasonable price of our drinks... More

We had lunch and a cuppa. Thumbs up for the peppemint tea and for good quality food, well priced food. No soya milk but not many independant cafes do have it. The staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed ourselves. We'll definately come back.

I do live locally and visit a lot of cafes but the only one in Thirsk worth a visit is Arabica. Coffee is great, service friendly and prompt, food always good. Although I do not have any young children, well behaved children are always made welcome and the Proprietor and other staff are often seen chatting away to children. The... More
