On our most recent trip to Mahahual, we ate at Luna de Plata 3 out of 6 nights. It is my favorite restaurant in Mahahaul. I have eaten there many times and have never been disappointed. The menu is extensive. I love the spaghetti carbonera, spaghetti bolognese, lasagna, insalata mixta, bruschette al pomodoro, and the delicious panna cotta! More

It's a bit out of town but great. Nice rooms, the beach is average cause there is a lot of vegetation in the water, the sand is great and really nice view. More

My husband ordered the gorgonzola gnocchis, & they were excellent. I ordered the mixed seafood in white wine - it felt like the lobster & the conch were not fresh but defrosted. Very disappointed, maybe stick to the Italian items. More

If you are fed up with Mexican food it is the place. You can get bruschetta and different pasta. Nice view from the restaurant. More

Situated in front of the beach with crabs walking under your table. The food is decent. The octopus carpaccio was great, but the lobster linguine were just ok. Fairly priced but not an unforgettable experience. More

Great location on the malechon (boardwalk) overlooking the beach. Nice indoor and outdoor eating areas. We enjoyed our lunch. The service could have been a little faster given there were only a couple of tables with customers, but it was a relaxed rainy afternoon with nothing on the agenda so we didn't mind too much. More
