This restaurant is a gem. Food is inventive and portions are large. Rack of lamb was excellent. A lot of attention is paid to vegetable sides. Canada food guide would approve. Service is energetic and most helpful. We liked Le Patriarche so much after the first night that we returned the following evening. Lovely ambience as well.

Great food - originally presented. The restau is intimate, located next to the wharf in Pointe-au-Pic, a walk from the Manoir Richelieu. Portions are huge and, in fact, could be reduced without detriment. Highly recommend the lamb as a main and shrimp appetizer. Service was solicitous...we even got a pic with the chef!
