We took 2 families for dinner. The service was excellent (very friendly) and the food was good. The only drawback was that it's on the water but there was no outside seating.

We've been enjoying Breezeway for years now. Love the location and atmosphere! I usually get the fried flounder and they will take off the "skin" if you request it. It is a also a good value. It wouldn't be a trip to Topsail Beach without eating at Breezeway!

I have stayed at this motel 3 times in the past few years. I was looking for Sound Fishing, comfortable bed and good food near by. I got all of those things from the Breezeway. the view and the hush puppies are stand out at this restaurant. by the outside, you wouldn't think much of it, but trust me its well worth it. Doesn't look like much from the outside but inside the hushpuppies are sweet and the shrimp is good. Prices are somewhat higher than expected and not much to choose from if you don't like seafood. Come at sunset for the view and take pictures from the dock.

The Breezeway gives you the sense of friendliness in the South that I think people have forgotten about. They cook the food just like my mom cooks it even though we live up North. I recommend getting fish because it is excellent and just caught that morning!

Being a small area and not many choices, we tried this and found it wonderful, both the staff the quality of the food and of course the view was the best. Used it twice during our stay and are looking forwrd to our next trip.
