Upon arrival we were greeted by the very friendly staff. Menu wasnt to extensive which I like as too much choice can be a pain. Saying that they had a great selection from delicious homemade soups to cream teas, sandwiches and other hearty foods perfect for a cold rainy day. We were also rather impressed with their hot drinks. Their Cappachinos... More

We made a point of stopping by the Sandleigh Tea Room after reading such lovely reviews on here. The tea room is decorated beautifully, is lovely and clean and appears very welcoming... but... I can forgive the fact that it is quite pricey and some of the prices aren't advertised or aren't CLEARLY advertised (a small portion of cake and... More

Nice for afternoon tea. Has Chickens running around in the gardens. They grow their own veg. Staff are lovely. They have home made cakes which are delicious. Lovely to walk off the beach for lunch.

I'll keep this review short. Cream tea represented superb value at 5.95 and couldn't be faulted. Surroundings lovely - no marauding children when we visited.

unfortunately also full of 12 unsupervised children with no regard for other guests or the environment around them, whist their parents enjoyed the peace and quiet the other side of the wall in the courtyard. These children were disciplined by at least 3 of the visitors who felt it necessary to intervene whilst the children antagonised guests and gardeners, running... More

Amazing cream teas. Warm scones, that were light and fluffy with generous helpings of jam, cream and slices of strawberries. Lovely atmosphere, staff were really friendly and very helpful. Near the beach and coastal footpath so some amazing walks to help work off them goodies :o)

Just off the beach, the tea rooms are in a perfect location to warm fingers and toes after kite flying. It It is also on the coastal footpath so provides great sustenance for after a bit of geo caching on the head land. Staff were welcoming and the food was tasty and served kin generous portions. The soup was very... More

We stopped off for lunch after a walk to Baggy Point. The crab sandwich that I had was very good and the samphire that came with it was a nice addition. There is limited indoor seating but plenty of outdoor space.

What a find this was after spending time on the beach. This tea room provides excellent quality food that you don't mind paying a little extra for. Friendly staff, great service. Close to the beach and on a rambling path at the bottom of Baggy Point. A must if you are in the area.
