Great tacos and modern Mexican food in a lovely atmosphere. It took a while for the food to arrive but it was worth as it was very fresh and tasty.

Enjoyed our first visit to Jibarra. The decor is lively with multi-colored walls and pleasing artwork. Fun downtown location in the old train depot. Parking is free for patrons. The Margaritas & Guacamole were good for starters. The ceviche and Truffle empanada made a great small plate duo. The fish tacos were thoroughly enjoyed. The selection of tap beer offered... More

There were some dishes that really shined at this restaurant - the mussels in a silky coconut lime broth were just delicious and the tiny corn truffle empanadas literally melted in your mouth. The fresh guacamole was very good too. We also tried the fish tacos and scallops - all good. Tasty margaritas too. I would classify the service as... More

The cinnamon/allspcie flavors were just too much for me and my family to enjoy. Flavors aside, the overall quality we were excepting was not there. Maybe I was expecting too much because of the very favorable reviews here. I usually would give them another chance, but nothing worked for me/the family. It was disappointing since we were expecting a great... More

Just visited for the first time last night. Cool atmosphere and delicious food. Also had a great waitress (Jessica) who was super attentive. Started with the cuatro guacamole - heaven! All 4 flavors were delicious. The salsa and pico de gallo were also spot-on. The ceviche is a MUST. Flavorful and fresh. Had the pollo al pastor taco plate which... More

We visited for lunch and everything from awesome. The chips, salsa and queso are great. My picky daughter loved the buritto colorado and out entree's were equally as delicious. Our server Raven was a delight and the atmosphere is great. If you are in the area you MUST eat here!

First time there. Saturday night, not very full, but it took 1 hour to get the food after ordering. Server was great, friendly and on his first week there, but someone needed to light a fire under the cook or kitchen manager. After waiting, two of the four orders were just barely warm. Ambiance was good and friendly staff.

We went to celebrate my wife's new job and everything was absolutely phenomenal! We started out with the queso dip and salsa - both were excellent. My wife had the mango mojito and I had a caipirinha - we were in Brazil a month ago and drank lots of caipinrinha and this was JUST AS GOOD! Both of our entrees... More

It is worth a trip to this Mexican-Asian fusion restaurant for the Guacamole Sampler alone! Who knew that guacamole could be soooo good! Three of the four of the dinners we ordered were excellent; the fourth, the pork chop dinner, came out a little over done and with broccoli rather than brussel sprouts as offered on menu. Service was fine... More
