The Paper Canoe is the best place to catch the Currituck Sound sunset. The trade off is that the bar service is very slow.. We're so glad they survived the winter and are back in Duck! we went last night and had great food-the local catch was licious and my husband enjoyed the seafood lasagne which was fabulous! And got a great sunset view in the bargain! Give them a try! They're great!

We had excellent food with great presentation. The scallop and shrimp lasagna was suberb. The deserts were fantastic. Several craft beers were featured for the evening. We will definitely return! Service was attentive and knowledgeable about the menue. Great sunset view!

Cara, our server, was attentive but not intrusive and has a great personality. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience, and the food was delicious. A little pricey but not outrageous.
