Food tasted like institutional food. Vegetables not fresh and steak was tough and overcooked. There are too many good places in Burlington to go. Don't bother with Marias. Little Italy is not far and has real Italian food.

Maria's is THE place to be on Monday or Tuesday night in Burlington. Monday is senior night which means you get your choice of pasta, salad and bread for 6 bucks. Wow! Tuesday is Bistro night. For $9.99 you get a glass of wine or beer and your meal. Can't beat it.

Food is wonderful the service is great, go on bistro night and it also becomes best deal in town big bang for your dollar

Authentic Italian. Excellent chicken or shrimp fra diavlo. Ask for Debbie. Best waitress we've ever had. We'be eaten at Maria's in excess of 50 times. Never been disappointed. My only complaint is I wish the chef would buy the jalapeños that don't have the stems. If you like it extra spicy, just ask and the sweat will roll !!!

This is a great place and so authenic Italien. The food was great. The owners friendly (just like being in Italy. Plenty of food and good value.
