Square Root was recommended to us - thus the first try! Our friends arrived the second day and, of course, we had to take them back - I had the scallops both nights - why change!! My husband loved the Indian dishes. Worth a 5 star rating!

We randomly hit Brevard on a Sunday afternoon and wandered into Square Root. They have a brunch menu on Sundays, and we ordered very simple food - a club salad and a chicken salad sandwich. We were delighted with the simplicity and atmosphere. I would definitely try it again with the regular menu.

We LOVE LOVE LOVE this spot. Make it a point to go every time we pass through Brevard. Fresh food, local smiles, what more could you ask for??

In for a late lunch and ordered the roasted beet salad w/goat cheese on a bed of arugula. There was exactly one small beet that had been quartered. I wanted to change my dressing, but by the time someone checked back I was almost through eating. Blah service and blah salad too.

Excellent food, prices are very low for the quality, Try the seared tuna dish. Mine was cooked to perfection. Also try the locally brewed beer they have on tap. Both flavors were excellent. Very friendly staff. Good drink specials during the week
