Open for Lunch most days, this neighborhood spot is a great place for lunch, whether you want soup, a salad, a sandwich, or a burger. The sandwiches are made with artisenal bread (from Eli Zabar's I believe), and the produce is top notch even in the dead of winter. I'm always amazed that even in January, the BLT is fresh... More

I walked into the restaurant on a day that was 30 degrees outside, and asked to please not be seated by the door. After being told that I would have the next available table a couple walked in who apparently knew the owner. In the mean time a table in the back got up and left. The owner walked out... More

Okay - the food is phenomenal. I will admit that. I had a BLT for lunch, my husband had the salmon. But really, $19 for a BLT? I hope they slaughtered the pig in the back, though the only noises we heard were the ding of the bell when food was ready. Which, for only having 8 tables with people... More

I wanted to eat at a local famous place, after all I was in the Hampton's. The food is very good, fresh ingredients, you can see some of them in the kitchen from the dining area. I agree with other reviews the service was just okay. I asked for the bread, it is great sitting in a skif of oil.... More

The food is fabulous, however be prepared for steep prices and mixed service. I had a bowl of borscht brimming with quartered beets this time and an ice tea, bill with tip was $20. The man seated next to me at the counter had an enormous bowl of chicken soup, a $25 portion. Everyone seated at te counter was enjoying... More

Great Hamptons atmosphere with Mr Sliver's mother's landscape paintings adorning the walls. This is a three generations family owned and operated business. The lobster bisque is to die for.

Stopped for lunch here on Labor Day weekend. Lovely interior, great caring service and FAB food!!! I ordered a Kobe burger, and it arrived too rare ... So they popped it right back on the grill... And the chef himself came out to ensure it was perfect this time. It was!! What a lovely man!! Love the care and pride... More

First of all, I'm surprised by other TripAdvisor reviews of this place. The restaurant looks nice - old fashioned, clean, upscale flair, but tight seating. It wasn't the worst but wasn't all that comfortable either. The a/c was blasting so high, I felt like I was in a freezer. Our first waitress was sweet. I ordered the Silver's BLT with... More

Just had a wonderful lunch at Silver's. A pretty little restaurant on Main St. In Southampton. A great French lunch quite similar to the South of France. Very nice service. A few tables outside. One of my favorite restaurants in Southampton. A little expensive, but worth it.
