I eat bagels all over Long Island in my travels and have found Seaford Bagel to be one of the best. Counter staff is quick and always friendly so don't worry about the long line they get you out quickly. There coffee is pretty good also.

Bagels are very chewy. Many servers at the counter which is great for their long lines on the weekends. They also offer cookies and crumb cakes but if you are going there strictly for bagels - keep in mind they should be toasted as they are quite chewy and can be considered undercooked.

The best bagels bar none. I eat way too many bagels and know a good one. Clean and courteous. Long lines move fast, but well worth the wait!!!
