The sandwiches and soups are to die for. The bread is so good it is hard to tell you just how good it is. They have a wide variety. It's an interesting place to eat lunch relaxing and fun. With excellent food and drink.

This is a unique place with a big menu of delicious combinations of healthy sandwiches, salads, soups, homemade breads, and baked goods like large cookies, brownies and biscottis which you can have instead of chips as a side to your meal -to go or to eat at the cafe. Saturdays there is usually a guitarist playing in the background in... More

This is primarily a coffee house that serves excellent gourmet breads and the very best scones and biscotti. The atmospere is dependent on time of day. In the mornings it is mainly coffee and a light breakfast. At noon the lunches are tasty and healthy. In the evening its mostly coffee house fare with a wide range of local entertainment... More

Great little cafe near downtown Glens Falls. They make wonderful breads and have a nice lunch special - the chef's whim. I've gotten the soup and sandwich combo many times and have really enjoyed sandwiches with apple, turkey on the different breads. A must go to if you really enjoy the local, non-chain places.

After trying the Paesan sandwich on my first visit several years ago, I can't bring myself to order anything else -- it's so good and the balsamic viniagrette is delicious. I brought my husband and father last week and both enjoyed their sandwiches as well (roast beef w/salsa and the Roast Beast). My dad got a cookie as his side... More

When I am in town, I love to visit Rock Hill...wish I had one where I live! The food is delicious and they have a great menu. It is the kind of food you do not get anywhere else. The breads, which I have bought to take home before are also wonderful.

I'm hoping the Rock Hill Bakery is the same place as the Rock Hill Bakehouse Cafe at 19 Exchange Street in Glen Falls! We had used “Happy Cow” looking for a vegetarian/Nutritarian friendly restaurant in the Lake George/Glen Falls area and were in search of one called the Orange Cat Café. When we located the address in Glen Falls, there... More

Had breakfast here and it was very good, including the coffee. We left with one of their large oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, perfect for splitting for when you out on your hike. Very nice service.

What can I say...clearly the best bread in the region! Do not miss an opportunity to stop into Rock Hill for fresh baked bread, cookies, scones, sandwiches, and great coffee too.

We were drawn to the bakery after the New York Times' former food critic just wrote that the best Jewish Rye bread in the world is found here. The loaf we bought was excellent even though it was two-days old by the time we got home to enjoy it. It's got a thick, chewy crust and full rye-caraway flavor. Our... More
