Great food, great owners, what more can you ask for? Breakfast is so good and so are their lunches. We go during the April to Oct season and love to sit ont he wrap around porch and eat our food. They have wonderful landscaping.

A very pleasant place for a cup of coffee and a sandwich. There are local products on sale and plenty of information about happenings in the area. The food is fine, but not special. If you order a bagel don't expect Zabar's. Here they're puffy and white.
Thank you for taking the time to review our country store on TripAdvisor, Mr. Stowe. I'm glad you stopped in to enjoy the porch while in town. If you are still here or ever come back, please try one of our famous "Old-Fashioned Doughnut Breakfast Sandwiches" or maybe a hummus wrap. I think you'll find they are pretty darn good...

I was in town for a Glimmerglass opera production, and this cafe is very close to that theater, just a mile or so north on highway 80. You'll pay at least twice as much for less choice for a picnic lunch at Glimmerglass, but here in this pleasant cafe, there is a huge variety of sandwiches (veggie ones too), all...

So on our visit to Cooperstown, this place kept coming up as a place to visit. It is super unfortunate that we decided to stop in on our way out of town and not sooner. Great coffee, great sandwich, free wi-fi, easy to access location, and supposedly home to this ridiculous doughnut breakfast sandwich, although I was not ballsy enough...

Just up the road from our rented home, as we were in town for Dreams Park baseball, needed some lunch before hitting the grocery store. Little hotel/motel (Hickory Grove) across the road highly recommended the market. Owners were making subs, which were great, and took the time to talk to us and offer suggestions on other area attractions/dining...very friendly/accomodating....great spokespeople...

So we hear rave reviews of this quaint little cafe/store and decide - it's around the bend - let's check it out! So two coffee's later - a ham sub (delish) and some great conversation - we loved it! Hand made jewelry, fudge (I somehow resisted), snacks, nice options for eats .... all across from the north end of the...

We're so glad you stopped in and now have another place to call home on the lake. You will definitely have to come back to try the doughnut sandwich!

Perfect place for us to stop at on our way out of town. Very friendly and helpful owner. Saw some of the family even. Wonderful little market, lots of goodies!
The food here is great. The owners are very accommodating and friendly. The relaxing atmosphere and porch are wonderful for relaxing with your meal. This is a favorite spot for my family.
Nice, low-key place. The owners, a husband and wife, couldn't have been nicer. Tried the doughnut breakfast sandwich and was not disappointed. Had it with bacon instead of sausage, and the salty-sweet combo was spot-on. Hung out on the porch with the NYT crossword for awile, just chilling out with the locals. Coffee was excellent, too, and the shop had...

Fantastic location with lovely scenery, comfortable tables and chairs. The customer service was terrific. The pastry and breakfast choices were delightful. If I was local, this would become my regular spot, as it obviously has for many locals.
