All I have to say is it wouldn't be the shore without Springers. Springers Chip a must and Banana Fudge another favorite. I have been going to Springers since I was a kid, many years ago! Their ice cream is very good, I especially like the raspberry. There are always long lines, especially in mid - summer, but they move you along very quickly.

Great ice cream, good variety, but JAM-PACKED (and yes, I mean the cones too!) Worth it if you see a break in the line anytime.

Springer's is an institution in Stone Harbor, and I've been going for over 40 years. The ice cream is just OK, now... but the crowds keep coming anyway. So do I, which says more about tradition than the quality of the offerings. They need to raise their game...

Been eating this creamy home made ice cream for 40 years. Never had a flavor I did not like. My favorites are the pistachio, strawberry cheesecake, and peach which are made when the peaches are in season.
