I'm not sure why there's always a line at Joe's next door - whenever I've eaten there I wait forever and my food isn't even hot. Papa Razzi has good food and a good staff with a great wine selection.

Great wine selections. I remember the selections being somewhat limited, but overall the food was good.
I had the pleasure of eating lunch at Papa.Razzi in the Short Hill's Mall this past week. The food and service were both high quality. Many of the items on the menu contained citrus, balsamic vinegar, something spicy, or tomato sauce which left me fewer options than usual given my low-acid dietary needs.
I ended up having a caprese salad...

I had Eggplant Parm and My Wife Had Chicken Parm, and the food was Outstanding. The Service Was The Best I've Have Ever Seen. Do not foget to have their bread, it's the best ,and they also having dipping oil that you really have to try with the bread.
Spent the day with family in short hills mall and decided to get something to eat and since my last time to cheesecake factory was gross (found roach) we decided to go into papa razzi after friends had recommended the place. The service was spot on the food was good and the price was great. The only knock is the...

Thisw place is family friendly but much more upscale than a pizzeria atmosphere. The pasta is fresh and there is a great bar and wine list.
Start with their bruschetta and GET the mozzarella. Ask for some bread and oil, fresh and warm! Their pastas are amazingly good, the arabiatta sauce spice (and slightly tart)..rave room for the gellato.
Their cappuccinos aren't bad either- all in all a good dining experience. Our waitress was awesome, real attentive, quick, and courteous.
I'm glad I chose to go...

Tucked away in a quiet corner of the mall is a lively upscale and casual restaurant. Enjoy the atmosphere, service and food. We ordered bucatini with sauce similar to vodka sauce and a ravioli with spinach. Both were delicious. Topped it off with dessert, brownie and ice cream. Good for two.
For a mall restaurant, Papa.Razzi isn't bad - the menu is quite vast, with a choice of many appetizers, such as calamari fritti and beef carpaccio, 7 salads to choose from, such as the popular caesare and salade di charles, a large pasta selection - you name it, they have it, as well as seafood and meats. I was impressed...

The food was good and flavorful, well prepared and not rushed.
The pasta dish was the exact right amount of food, and not the ridiculous portions you usually get.
The server was nice and polite, but could have had a better understanding of how and whets offer her service.
It great for a dinner at the end of a long...
