I haven't eaten Thai food in about seven years and I'm glad I tried it again at SIAM. I was worried that it would be too spicyvbut the staff there were very nice explaining everything, making some reccomendations and preparing the best tasting Thai food I ever had. Oh, and it's a BYO!!!

Siam has been and continues to be my favorite restaurant in Lambertville. The staff are friendly, and the food is exquisite. Try the Mei Crop for an appetizer, and order the snapper in the pepper sauce, but you really can go wrong with Any THING on the menu. It's been my favorite for 25 years.

We do take out from Siam half a dozen times a year for the past 5 years. Our favorites are the fried pork wontons and the lemongrass soups. Quality thai food, reasonable prices and limited seating draws long waits during tourism weekends.

Friendly service, delicious appetizers (shrimp cakes and spicy chicken soup). Entrees were also flavorful, but the fish special was on the small side.
