Instead of going to the more touristy Lobster House across the street, treat yourself to better, more inventive food at the Lucky Bones. Always packed, especially with locals - go early to avoid long lines. Everything has an interesting twist, even on burgers and fries. Big portions and very friendly staff. Good prices.

We visited Lucky Bones for an early dinner yesterday at the earlier recommendation of a few Cape May local residents. It was okay. We sat in the spacious dining area. We found the food to be alright but nothing outstanding. My dining partner had a pork chop that she felt was overdone and too heavy on the barbecue sauce. I... More

The food is mediocre at best. Brick oven pizza was chewy not crunchy and meat had no flavor. Not even sure what type of meat it was. Good point: mozzarella cheese seems freshly made.

The food was very good. My filet tip steak sandwich was awesome. The gluten free crab cake was very good as was the reg. crab cake sandwich. The chicken sandwich was very well done. My fries were Luke warm at best. Busy place and very full.

Nice thin crust brick oven pizza, many varieties too. The fresh clam pizza is a favorite . We sat at the bar , drinks were good . Nice selection of wines also .

As if this place needs another positive review! My boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience at Lucky Bones, so I feel almost guilty not writing one: I saw this place on Trip Advisor after seeking a reasonably priced dinner in Cape May without sacrificing quality. This place was just that. It was packed when we got there around 6... More

Been there a many times...haven't had a bad dinner yet! GO EARLY unless you don't mind waiting....It's that good. Food is fabulous, atmosphere is good. Lucky Bones has something for everyone in your party. If you aren't too full for dessert, try the chocolate pizza...my favorite dessert.

Your whole party, including kids, will find something to love on the menu. Thai salmon burger is fun as are the interesting, thin crust pizzas with novel toppings. Soups are wonderful. Beers on tap and quick, efficient service. Always a crowd, but the place is large and worth a wait. Nice for lunch or an informal dinner.

Friendly staff, nice range of food selections local and craft beer on tap. They are not in a rush to push you out the door, servers were attentive and the food was as good as any other quality restaurant. We went with a party of 12 and when the bill arrived we were pleasantly surprised and the reasonable prices. Worth... More
