I oversee three local lodging establishments (Hampton Inn, Littleton and two in St. Johnsbury). I have been wanting to try this restaurant for years. This past weekend my wife and another couple finally experienced this amazing litte gem. Going forward, I will happily be steering my hotel guests to dine at Tim-Bir Alley. The appetizers, entrees and dessert were out... More

My fiance and I stayed up in the White Mountains this past weekend, and decided to check out Tim-Bir Alley, due to the overwhelmingly positive reviews. We were not disappointed, and this restaurant exceeded all expectations. We arrived around 6:30PM, and stayed until just after 9PM - each course was spaced apart to allow a relaxing, non-rushed experienced. We ordered... More

The food is very creatively presented and it does taste as good as it looks. However, I feel the sides overwhelm the main course and the main portions are much too small. Service is great but don't forget to bring cash since they don't accept credit cards.

Went here for the first time Saturday night 2/23 and it was incredible. Clearly a lot of thought goes in to the presentation and the plating. The menu is short but there is something for everyone. I had the beef tournedos and they were excellent. Topped off with the chocolate coconut cheesecake.

Just went there this weekend while visiting a local bed and breakfast. We've been in the area and this restaurant had been recommended to us before but we hadn't been able to make it. Glad we did. Incredible food! We were running earlier than our reservation and they were able to accomodate us which was nice. Nice, quaint atmosphere and... More

Beautiful small restuarant. Menu was limited but we wanted to try everything on it. The owner is the chef. The duck ravioli and eggplant appetizers were wonderful. Also had the lentil soup with wild mushrooms. For main courses we had the lamb and salmon. Both were fantastic. Everything was homemade with unique flavors. The plates were a work of art. The... More

Food was well prepared and tasty, service was good. We had a lovely time as it was quiet and very comfortable, something that seems to be lacking in many places we have been to.

We have eaten here twice and both occasions were excellent - the food is freshly prepared and imaginatively cooked - well worth lingering over. Even the vegetables have an interesting twist, and any restaurant that can make a Brussel's sprout taste good must be special.

We were walking thru Littleton when we saw this restaurant, just so happened Tim(the Tim in Tim-Bir) was just arriving. He invited us in, gave us a run down and answered our questions. We came back that night with another couple and had a great evening. Not only was the the food outstanding, but the presentation was just as good.... More

We loved the fact that the limited menu changes with the season, and we loved the Vegetable side dishes that surrounded each unique entree. There was a nice variety of choices, and everything was prepared very well. We did not have desert but those looked especially great! Service was OK, but not perfect, at a couple of times during the... More
