If you like lobster then you have to get the roll. Two to chose from so pay more and get the big one. Still under twenty bucks. They put alot of whole pieces not just flakes of meat.

Tamarack will make you want to go for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The best seafood shack in the area!! Great area with tables in the shade to eat outdoors or a dinning hall area for indoor along with restrooms.
Largest dog in the region, with fries and a drink a nice meal. Upper building was a disaster area, uncleared tables, food on the floor. Eat outside.....
This was a "summer favorite" stop when visitng the Lakes Region but food quality has diminished. Lobster rolls are not as robust as they were in years past.
The food was overall ok..hadnt been there in years, think it was better back in the 90's. Indoor eating area was a mess and the bathroom was gross. Definitely not what it use to be.

I wanted to love this place...for years they were known for their stuffed to over-flow Lobster Roll. Under new ownership things have changed. The Lobster Roll was skimpy at best and had more mayo than lobster. The wait time on this particular evening was 60 minutes, we had three people in our party and when the meals came out, the...
