Rachel's Kitchen is a gem for breakfast, lunch or dinner. We've had many of their menu items including the breakfast burrito, breakfast wrap, and create-your-own-omelet. Three words: Cranberry and Orange. The muffin top was enough but it was so good I had to finish it up. A small, neighborhood bistro-style restaurant in Summerlin right off the 215.
