We loved the Carpaccio and the Mozzarela Caprese. The scallops and prawns were just ok. I dine out a lot and noticed the scallops were cut in half which made for overcooked scallops.
We were on a corporate training trip and four of us decided to try this restaurant at the hotel. We asked right at the beginning if we could have separate checks since we had to do it that way for the expense report. Our waiter agreed, and wasn't happy about it. We saw the attitude immediately and we almost left....we... More
Excellent food and service. I was even able to find delicious food being a vegetarian. The service was also fantastic - we were on a tight schedule and they were able to accommodate us without any issues. Excellent.
Atmosphere a bit cold and the restaurant was quite empty however the food was excellent and the price was absolutely reasonable. The only thing I can say that was a bit negative was that I asked for no garlic with my chicken, which I got however they didn't give me any side order either as it had garlic. they could... More
Ask for Mark to serve you. A true gentleman. They don't show on the regular menu but there is usually a cioppino available that is excellent. As is the calamari and veal marsala. Well worth a visit.
Living in Las Vegas, one get's to taste all of our great cullinary spots. I rarely will write a review for a 'local' place, that's for you tourists. That being said though, I believe Spiedini is one of the best kept secrets in LV. We've probably eaten here over 20 times now and the food, service and ambiance is always... More
This was a great surprise. The food was excellent and the service was perfect. I ordered from the specials menu. The eggplant appetizer was unique as well as being delicious. The ciapinno had lots of fish and shellfish. We had an assortment of deserts so everyone could get a taste. The only thing that was ordinary was the bread. We... More
We ate here twice while staying at the JW Marriott. The food was mostly very tasty. The only thing I would not recommend would be the lobster risotto. Otherwise, we enjoyed everything else. Standouts are: Eggplant Stack, Short Rib Ravioli, Halibut. Service was always very attentive.
This was quite possibly THE best pasta dish I've ever had...Get it with grilled chicken...divine!!! The bruschetta was a little flavorless and the sweeter of the two kinds was a little odd...the Caesar salad dressing needed more tang, but oh the main course!!! Worth every penny!
Very nice Italian restaurant at the JW Marriott. Unexpected surprise with the quality and taste of the food, and the price was right. For the quality of the food and service, ambiance, and price this was one of the best values of the trip.
