We went on a weeknight, so I expected better service. The first course came after 15 minutes was only okay. But after about 30 minutes they began bringing out dish after dish and plate after plate of sushi, sashimi, fried seafood, etc. Excellent flavors.

I went here with some friends on a Friday night at 9 PM and there were quite a few tables empty. This place has a great atmosphere and a sexy vibe. The service was very average at best. Our waitress was very unfriendly and hard to understand. I ordered 2 rolls, an appetizer and a glass of wine and my... More

We don't eat sushi often and found this restaurant very good. We wanted something light before going to a show. Pricey, yes, but you must assume that you're paying for a view of the fountains. Sit outside if you can! Good service and good wine.

0 stars. This place was a total waste of money. The sushi was comparable to what we get at a grocery store, absolutely nothing special. Small rolls that are nothing extraordinary and outrageous prices. Very VERY disappointed.

I had an early reservation and got to the restaurant early, so I was able to request to sit outside. Wow, what a great view of the fountains. You even get a little spray from the fountains which I didn't mind. I wanted a long dinner so I could sit and watch the fountains for awhile, so I ordered separate... More

I have eaten at Yellowtail twice in the past year. Once when hosting a business dinner for 25 and most recently when having dinner with my family during an overnight stay at the Bellagio. The business dinner worked very well. When grading on a curve for the very large party at one large table the service was pretty darn good.... More

Wow! We have be talking about the tuna pizza ever since we had it. One of the best dishes we had in the USA. Would come back to Vegas one day just for the tuna pizza. Please keep it on the menu :)

Something is missing at Yellowtail, and my guess is that the manager and chef have two very different restaurants in mind. The chef is preparing excellent food that is on par with the best in town, and has his share of very memorable dishes. Yellowtail is being run like a typical Vegas lounge, however, and it does a great disservice... More

We had really high expectation for this meal. We were seated promptly, but table service was horrible. The drink menu was interesting, but we did not find anything that really good. Stick with the sake or your personal favorite if you plan to have a drink. The food was average to excellent. We enjoyed the kobe beef, yellowtail/scallions, and toro/scallions,... More

Before the O show at the Bellagio my bf and I grabbed a quick dinner at Yellowtail. He had the following: Popping spicy crab, protein roll and there was a new lobster roll. Everything from the food to the drink was delicious. We had a nutella chocolate dessert and that too was delicious. The service was great!!!
