I eat here every time I visit Bozeman. Can't wait to go back! Love the Caesar salad; amazing desserts! They don't take reservations so go early or late.

Our family group of 5 ate dinner here on a weeknight. We called ahead for reservations, but found they were only available for parties of 6+. But we were also told that if we got there around 6PM we shouldn't have a wait. We arrived at 6:30 and were seated right away. We tried a variety of items from the... More

Two of us dined at 7:00 PM on Saturday. No reservations accepted but call ahead worked well so we did not have a wait. The small menu has interesting local options. Dressed mixed salad was delicious and the large served two amply. Our entrées were bison and chicken. Both came with well paired sides. Tab including carafe of house chianti... More

The service was spotless. This place seems to run a very tight ship. On the surface, this is a pizza restaurant, but the pizza is wood- fired and delicious, and the toppings are obscure and interesting. We had the special pizza with sweet onions, fontina cheese and hedgehog mushrooms. Great local beer selection. The salads have locally grown vegetables. The... More

Everything here is done right. Bread, pasta, salads, main courses, pizzas, dessert. Much love for this place.

If you expect to come to Blackbird for a quick and comfortable bit to eat, think again. On our 5th, and now final, time eating here we were greeted by an arrogant manager who told our party of 3 that we could only sit at a very small table built for 2 with no grace or apology. When we asked... More

This is by far the best restaurant in Bozeman. We have been several times. There is often a wait, but it is worth it. The pizzas are incredible. The Kale salad and grass fed beef are some of the best I have had.

Excellent food and customer service in this impeccable bistro! I think our party of 6 ordered almost everything on the menu without one disappointment. The wine selection is small but offers good choice at reasonable prices. The kale salad, fig pizza, chicken, pasta dishes were well prepared simple and melted in your mouth. Don't order the almond dessert because it... More

Simply the best food in Bozeman. The staff is friendly and service is great. Experts at wood fired cooking. The BEST bread and incredible pizzas. Fresh made pastas and delicious entrees. A great wine slection as well. Unfortanatly the music is too noisy and a little more expensive than most restaurant. Can be a long wait as well but it... More
