I usually don't even touch onions but I believe this burger was one of the best I have ever had. It is kind of a beat place to take some family from out of town.
This is not a fine dining experience - but if you want a good burger and fries or breakfast at 3 PM (or any time) this is the place. Good food, friendship service, friendly locals, drinks to go no extra charge. Good burger with grilled Onions. Nice fries. 3 locations. I like the one on Broadway. It has little Booths as well as stools. Do it.

I was tired of hotel food while at a conference in KSMO and searched for a neighborhood spot. Our hotel staff suggested Town Topic as we also wanted to walk to the restaurant. Town Topic (since 1937) I had biscuits and gravy - light, fluffy biscuits and rich, sausage laden white gravy - it was heavenly - just like I was in Grandma's kitchen. What a treat!
