She had the burnt ends with baked beans and coleslaw and loved every bite. I had spare ribs and cheesy corn. I thought it was ok. The atmosphere was nice. We received our meal within 6 minutes of ordering.I am a proud Yankee and prefer my New England Clam chowder over BBQ. So don't listen to me..listen to my girlfriend.

They have the best overall BBQ restaurant in one of the best BBQ cities in the world. They have great service and the food is always very good. Make sure you get the baked beans and cheese corn with whatever you order. They also have carryout with is nice when you are headed to the lake.

When I moved to the Kansas City area 28 years ago, this was the first restaurant I went to. They served unbelievable BBQ then and still don't disappoint. We ate at a place called Fiorella’s Jack Stack Barbeque. Get on 335 South and go south on Holmes Road. A neat building: not one of your cookie cutter buildings, it's an older building, bigger on the inside than appearances from the outside would hint. Great service, great atmosphere, and at least 11 stars out of 10 for the cuisine!

The Martin City location is an original and is my favorite of all the Jack Stacks, but they are all delicious. Wonderful burnt ends and all the sides are superb.

I don't know what I can say that hasn't already been said. Everything was great, food, service, atmosphere, even the bathrooms. I finished off the meal with a Strawberry Shortcake Martini which is a house specialty and delicious! We went as a family and everyone loved the food it. Can't wait to go back!

I love BBQ and I really think this is the best.The sides are just wonderful, they have the good old standby's, but then some items that are different. And you get your food in no time. Stop in you will be glad you did.

Jack Stack Barbecue is great at all locations. I have eaten there for decades, starting back at the original Smoke stack in South kansas City on Prospect. The Martin City location was their second location built in the 70's
