Our pizza was so thin!! Barely any toppings or cheese. Seriously would have been better off eating the cardboard with toppings on it. Looked like it had been microwaved.

We were greeted on entry by the owner, which was nice. The waitress was friendly and attentive but the pizza didn't live up to the good reviews. I think it was over cooked because the 2 pizzas that were delivered before us smelled burnt. Ours was a little burnt on the outer crust but not the bottom and didn't taste...

Arrived here late Saturday afternoon. Ordered a sub and a small calzone. The food arrived really quickly. Our sodas were refilled promptly. The server was attentive. The place was clean and made the most of the historic building it is in.
We stopped in for lunch on a quiet and sleepy Saturday afternoon. The wrong order came out for us without so much as a "sorry" and then the delay for the right order (still no apology.) Food was just fair and service was not all that attentive. Perhaps we should have ordered pizza.
Whenever my grown kids come to visit, the time is not complete without a visit to the Brick Oven. Their pizzas are fabulous and the lasagne with homemade sausage is wonderful! I hope they're around for a long time!

They hand roll everything and cook it in a classic style...

I think The Brick Oven has the best wine and beer list in the Mark Twain region. The concept is casual fun, but a bit upscale...very unique outside of anywhere but larger cities. Atmosphere is clean, refined, but wholesome as in a northern Italy family tradition. And if you're tempted to not keep your expecations in check, The Brick Oven...

We always go to this pizza resturant whenever we travel in Hannibal. They have a variety of food, but we just love the flavor of their great pizza, and the friendly service.
Our party of 6 was among the first patrons of this restaurant one Saturday night. We were seated quickly, and the service was friendly and helpful. I had the shrimp scampi, which was very good -- a basic butter and garlic sauce. The side of pasta was a nice size (actually a side dish & not a whole portion), and...

The pizza is outstanding. Not a long list of choices, but enough. We visited on a scorching day in July, but the restaurant was comfortable. We each had a side salad while awaiting the pie. The pizza is definitely the star here. They also have some good sandwich choices, especially at lunch. Had one on our first visit two or...
