I enjoyed my visit to Hamil's, the food was delicious! I ate only vegetables but I had plenty to choose from, the greens are my favorite! I highly recommend this place for lunch or dinner!

There is nothing fancy about Hamil's, but if you are in the mood for filling southern food an a lot of it this is the place to go. It's a local institution.

I am not usually a big buffet eater. But am I glad to have gone to Mama Hamil's. The down home southern food is well worth the stop. What a busy place and I can see why. I loved everything that I put on my plate.

Hamil's has a great selection of home-cooked entrees & vegetables with reasonable prices. I would recommend this buffet, but go hungry. The only problem is it is a large place & ALWAYS crowded.

All you can eat buffet of ribs and other meats, meat loaf, country veggies, breads, and desserts. Very consistent and high quality. My only gripe is their additional charge for the to-go cup for tea.

Eat here often and always enjoy. From the salads too the entrees I have never been dissapointed. By far the best value for good home cooked food. The fried chicken is always moist and tastes superb. Take all of my out of town guest, and they always are impressed.

My husband and I were going to Jackson for a doctor's appointment. Mama Hamil's was recommended. We ate there. Great southern cooking. Food was very tasty. The people were very friendly. Someone was constantly cleaning the food counters. I would recommend this to anyone traveling to pull off I-55 and eat there.
