Harvey's in Bay City is a great place to relax and enjoy dining. I always recommend this restaurant to friends because the staff is friendly and the food is great.

Came here for lunch and had the lunch special: a 1/2 sandwich and soup. The turkey panini was decent, but the tomato bisque wasn't good at all. It just didn't taste appealing. The menu is similar to an Applebee's and so are the prices. Very average all around.

Great bistro atmosphere. They are known for their martini's. Appetizers are varied and reasonably priced. Good sandwiches and entrees. Desserts are good, but usually eat too much to be able to order one.

Food was just okay....comparable to most of the chains....Applebees et al. Lots of loud hollering from the kitchen and most of the wait staff seemed uninterested in what they were doing (this includes the greeters and bus personnel).

Everything I have ever tasted on their menu is well put together and makes eating out well worth it... from their burgers to their cherry chicken and pasta. This is great little restaraunt/bar in Saginaw. Used to be Don Pablos until that dove. They have a great menu with ecclectic choices. The mac and cheese is awesome. The Philly is too. We took a group of 20 and the service and food was outstanding! They were pleasant, and served us quickly and efficiently.

We eat here regularly with our kids and their grandparents and the staff is always friendly and accomodating to our craziness. The food is tasty most days and the burger specials are nice. We especially love the onion ring tower as well as the fish and chips.

Don't let the location and exterior fool you. Great bar food but even better lunch & dinner offerings. Freshly prepared and offers great chef specials.
