Awesome noodle bowls. I had the Udon Noodle bowl and it was magnificent. Spice it as hot or mellow as you like.

I was introduced to this restaurant by a local when I was in Waltham, MA on a business trip. I'm not very familiar with Thai food, so I didn't really know what to expect. I was able to customize my food (I didn't want it to be too spicy) and got exactly what I wanted. The food was incredible! Great... More

Average thai restaurant on Moody Street in Waltham. The Somai was not fresh made but previously frozen and warmed up. I could do this at home. The Pad Thai was average.

If you find yourself around Moody Street in Waltham during lunchtime you're in luck: there are loads of great places to eat. Tom Can Cook is one of them: a homey little restaurant serving up Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Thai fare that's usually tasty and quick. The bi bim map is great when you eat it there but doesn't travel... More

If you have never traveled to downtown Waltham, MA and gone up and down Moody Street, you should. It is filled with nice and comfortable independently run restaurants. Tom Can Cook is one such "diamond in the rough" serving up typical Thai cuisine in a simple setting. The pad thai is excellent and the spices can be turned up upon... More

I no longer live in Waltham, but this place is one that you may long for when you are away. The Pad Thai is amazing, and the Crispy Pad Thai is a special treat I haven't found else where. We would also get the spicy Triangles with peanut chicken satay, all outstanding. We used to eat here probably 1-2 per month... More

Went to Tom Can Cook because of a Groupon Coupon. Pleasantly surprised to find really fresh vegetables used in my entree. I had Peanut Garden, steam vegetables with Tofu. My husband had Crazy Noodles. Both are recommended,

My hubby and I went for dinner. We had the pad thai. My husband ordered the soft noodle not the crispy one. He thought that it was good because it wasn't that sweet. He doesn't like it when the restaurant makes it too sweet. I would have preferred the crispy one. We also ordered the lemon chicken which was nice... More
