Wonderful, ambient and classical. Reminds me of visiting Stately Homes in the UK. The service, food, rooms, entertainment, atmosphere are fabulous, every detail is carefully thought out. Truly an experience of a lifetime.

This prix fixe luncheon is worth the cost, for an elegant, yet not stuffy lunch, in a beautiful sundrenchedl dining room, decorated with orchids, potted greenery, and delicate French china and crystal. Lunch is mor affordable than dinner, cocktails on the sun deck. Service and cuisine are terrifiic. Don't miss checking out the museum-quality home furnishings in the front parlor...

We have been dining here for two or more decades. While I cannot afford to stay there, I do feel that the dining experience is well worth the money. First, they welcome you into a room with comfortable sofas for drinks and elegant appetizers. Live music often accompanies us. Then we were escorted to our table. The pink linen tablecloths...

The food, extensive wine list, ambience and service are first class. The hotel itself and its surrounding grounds are worth the experience. I recommend having a glass of wine on the terrace where you can review the dinner menu prior to dining.

Although we were staying at the blantyre, we saw no reason to go anywhere else. The food was excellent, the presentation was beautiful and the sommelier was truly gifted. They serve your canapés and drinks before your dinner in another room in the mansion. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.
The treat begins once you find this out of the way estate. The grounds look like something out of any movie made in New Zealand in the last ten years ---- beautifully kept, exotic looking, truly takes the breath away. We drove slowly in the lane from the highway, ogling the vegetation, when the Hotel/Restaurant and outbuildings appeared. The tone...

This is a totally unique dining experience, reminiscent of the gilded age. Great local produce is used to produce delicious classic and modern fare. The wine list is incredible - I think they have over 400000 bottles to choose from.
We have lived in the Berkshires for 25 years, and had our wedding rehearsal dinner at Blantyre, lo those many years ago. Ever since then, we've gone back at least yearly, to celebrate anniversaries and other important times. And every visit has been, if not memorable, as they're all sort of a blur, a fantastically lovely experience.
