Second visit here. Atmosphere is very casual and fun. Service was great. Wonderful menu with focus on seafood. Was such a pleasant memory that on the way out I purchased one of their t-shirts!

We've been in 66+ countries.. but, haven't had much Lobster. Being novices, we asked our waitress for advice on what to order and how to eat it. She was wonderful... she suggested the "Baked Stuffed Lobster"... it had scallops over the top and the lobster was split open and easy to attack. Bottom-line, it was great. A bit pricey at...

We found Spankys last year during our visit to the Cape and were very impressed. We went back this year and we weren't disappointed!!! What a great place!!! The food once again was great and the service was fast!! This place is really a winner!!
We ate here late the first evening on our trip, food was ok. Drinks were good, and the view was nice just off the water. What bothered me was all the waitstaff and bus girls wore really short shorts, there were way too many bus girls on deck for the number of tables full. They were all sitting at one...

Way overpriced, and you are lucky if you even get your food. I sat and drank 3 way overpriced beers and waited and waited yet still no food. When I asked if it would be much longer, the bartender told me she forgot to put in the order. Really!?!? At these prices one expects much more than this. Do yourself...

This place is sea side, neat. We were there first week on June 2013. Slow by cape standards. Great seafood. Long narrow bar, looks like an add on, nice patio for out side service, good menu, lots from the sea, only negative, shrimp scampi, too much butter. (We ate there two nights in a row, something we never do).
We discovered Spanky's while poking around the waterfront in Hyannis during a pre-Memorial Day visit to the Cape. Although this must be a jumpin' place in the summertime with its proximity to the harbor, we found it to be a great place for a quiet lunch, but with enough other folks around that we didn't wonder why we'd come in...

Have eaten here many times. Quality is excellent. Wait staff always friendly although busy, busy, busy
If you have a picture in your mind of a New England Seafood place, you've imagined Spanky's. It's noisy and busy and fun. More important the food is very good
You'll probably have to park in the municipal parking lot next door. If you do, don't forget to put money in the machine and put the receipt on your dashboard,...

We had the clam CHOWDAH and the fried Belly clams. Since we were in Ma. We thought we better get the Belly clams we're in Mass. Well the Clam chowder was outstanding. My hubby thought the belly clams were ok. I thought they were pretty bad. So he ate them all. Which was ok with me because at the price...
