I've been there 4 times and haven't been impressed. They are over priced and for this type of upper-scale restaurant I'd expect music other than the local classic rock radio station to be playing. The service was average. The meals were also average to good.

Ok, if you are looking for decent Italian food in the Cumberland/Lavale area this place has pretty decent, homestyle Italian food. Prices are a bit high for the area but the portions are decent sized, usually have left overs.

Fratelli's is consistently top notch - my favorite place to eat if they are open. Really enjoyed the meal. Though at this point, the details are fading from memory. Not inexpensive but worth going for Italian food.
