We had heard what a great meal you get here, but had passed it by. It used to be a gas station. BUT I am glad we stopped. It was great. Quirky little place. VERY friendly staff and the food is excellent.

Myself and my wife have now been to the Home Kitchen Cafe several times ( breakfast and lunch ) and have found each experience to be as differently wonderful as the first time we went! If your palette is as eclectic and adventurous as ours is, then the Home Kitchen Cafe is a wonderful choice! This is not a fast...

Stopped at the Home Kitchen Cafe for breakfast based on the TripAdvisor reviews. The food was excellent, including the breakfast burrito and huevos rancheros. The only negative was the variable service - things started out well, but once the food was dropped off we did not see our server again until our meal was finished (we wanted drinks). It appeared...

Great menu selections and good food. Prices are good, too.
Just had a wonderful tuesday morning breakfast here. I got a breakfast burrito and my travel partner got the huevos rancheros. We always get something off-the-wall if given the choice between that and standard breakfast offerings. You can tell there is an atmosphere of caring here. Decor is charming without traversing into kitschy, ie: no traps and buoys hanging to...

The food is high quality. There are lots of choices and always good! The sticky buns are especially good. The restaurant is ok inside, and you can eat outside, but you don't have much of a view. The food is what makes it worth the trip!
Great breakfast, large portions so don't go unless your appetite is up to the challenge!
went here for breakfast and they turn the everyday breakfast favorites into incredible dishes with their bold flavor combinations and fresh store made bread, my sandwhich was awesome and the oatmeal bread was delicious!!!! the place was packed and I know why!!
Don't miss either breakfast or lunch. The Rueben was outstanding, wonderful in-house corned beef, very tasty Russian dressing and the homemade rye was prefect. My friend had the burrito, nice soft flour tortilla, the filling smelled heavenly. We will be going again.
We tried the Home Kitchen based on the #1 rating from TripAdvisor. This is truly the best place in town for breakfast! The menu offers many great choices, service is quick and friendly, and the food is GOOD! The staff is friendly and helpful, and are truly concerned with making their customers happy! Don't miss it!
