Is it a boat? Is it a trailer? I think it might be both. If there was a quirkiness rating, I'd give it a perfect score. Do you like cold beer at a reasonable price served on the sand? Do you like free entertainment with an ocean view? Do you like giant orders of gooey nachos served on aluminum foil?... More

I was scared to eat the food here but I did anyway since the kids liked playing in the sand outside. My stepson ordered a PB&J and the waitress came back to tell us the cook couldn't find the jelly. My husband and I ordered burgers medium and they came to us as burnt as a hockey puck. Overall, awful... More

Nice atmosphere and friendly service, but he food was truly inexcusable. Ordered a seafood platter- very greasy and the very lowest quality FROZEN seafood that tasted like it was cooked in old oil. Fish, clams, clamcake and shrimp tasted like it came straight from a plastic bag. Surprising for a beachy seafaring town. Fries underdone. Steamers, coleslaw and drinks were passable. If... More

We stopped here for dinner with our kids. Beautiful patio right on the beach with a sandbox in the corner for the kids to play in. Great food and drinks.

You can't get any better than this. Terrific view from table right on the beach. Order the pizza. Best we've had in a long time. Service friendly & timely.

I read the reviews and went with my family to give it a try. The staff was slow and the food was hit or miss (the seafood was good but their land fare struggled). We had to send the child's grilled cheese back because it was spicy, and the grilled chicken sandwich was rubbery. On the other hand, the lobster... More

Great place to kick back on the patio on a Sunday afternoon. Patio is fun, music great, and best of all from 21to75 year old cohabiting on the Grand Strand. You will not be disappointed.

My boyfriend and I stopped into Pirates Patio to grab some lunch and drinks as the weather wasn't great we ended up sitting inside which seemed like a bummer until we met Jimmy. He was hilarious and made amazingly good drinks! We'd highly reccommend stopping in there for food or just drinks, but be prepared to leave with your stomach... More

This looks like a great place! A pirate ship right on the beach with a little side yard with tables, picnic tables and a musician. You can hear the musician from the beach. The service we received from Jackie was great. The beers were good. They have happy hour from 4-6 or 4-7. $1 Jello Shots, $2 Domestic, $3 Imports.... More
