Bob's Clam Hut serves fabulous New England style clam chowder! It is by far the best I've ever had. It's thick and loaded, just loaded, with clams! This is not a fancy place, but is is a bit more elegant than the name "Clam Hut" would imply. Customers have the choice to eat in or take out. We've eaten in,... More

I agree with Marty359 who called this place a rip-off. Over $20 per person for a small portion of whole bellies, dry flavorless coleslaw & roll, cooked & served by teenagers take-out style...C'mon Man! The REAL Bob is probably turning over in his grave to see what has become of his "dream". Never again...you fooled me once as a tourist... More

Fried Clams; lobsta rolls! Bob's is open year round-but always feels like summer. I usually order the jumbo clam roll. This is a busy place, but is well run -next to Kittery Trading Post. My husband gets ice cream year round.

My husband, brother-in-law and I stopped at Bob's Clam Hut on May 21, on our way into Maine, in keeping with tradition. When the brothers were kids, the family used to stop and as a new bride from the midwest in the '80's I was indroduced to clams with bellies for the first time. Although I didn't take to the... More

This was the first time we went to Bob's Clam Hut and it won't be our last. Portions were big and delicious.

This place is a big rip off and a tourist trap. I am a native New Englander and tried out this place for lunch. The quality is very average and the prices are absurd compared to other places. If you go there, keep your hand on your wallet because if you don't Bob will get it.

End are last lunch in Maine at Bob's. What can I say we had the clams both ways the best we had all week in Maine and the lobster roll to die for. If your in the area this is the place to eat.

The seafood at Bob's is top notch and the prices are very reasonable. My first stop when entering Maine.
