You would think a place that is so popular that at least the burgers would be real not tasting and looking like McDonalds seriously I will just go to McDonalds when I want a cheap crappy meal never again!

Jordan’s is a staple in DownEast Maine. People anticipate the opening in March like they anticipate the sunshine of spring. There is a good reason. Jordan’s may be a takeout place, but they offer so much more.
Food is prepared fresh, and the employees remember you by name, even if you only go once or twice during the season. They...

I've been to Jordan's a few different times, and if you are looking for a decent place to have a meal or ice cream, then this is the place. During my most recent trip, I had a fish burger and fries. The fish was fried and quite tasty. The fries were of the freezer variety, kind of disappointing. I also...

There is also an indoor area. Great soft serve icecream. Treat yourself to fried clams. This is where all the locals...

We visited a few times during our stay in the area as the food and friendly service are great. Clams, lobster rolls, onion rings and fries, all were very good, the staff great and the facilities are spotless. Highly recommended.

I have always found that the best food doesn't always come from the fanciest restaurant. Jordan's Snack Bar has better seafood than the white tablecloth restaurants we tried in the area. My husband had the seafood dinner - fried shrimp, clams, scallops and haddock - with onion rings substituted for the fries. Jordan's makes delicious, homemade onion rings - thin...

Drove by it numerous times during afternoon and evening and it always had customers there. We had the scallops clams and it was worth the stop.
