This is a very high priced restaurant. We ordered some appetizers for our meal because it was cheaper. The alligator was so rubbery you couldn't eat it. The shrimp was a little tough and the mushrooms were ok. We did get them to take off the price for the alligator but I would not recommend this place.

Hana is a restaurant in the midst of an identity crisis, and as diners we're all better off for it. The best way to describe this restaurant is Asian-Cajun Fusion. My husband And I came here for date night. The hibachi grill was fun and the chef was new but the food had great flavor. The sushi is fabulous as well. We had the Alexandria roll. So glad Natchitoches has a hibachi!

Pleasant surprise - great atmosphere and even better sushi. I had the salmon and tuna sashimi style - great quality and value and excellent service.

My husband and I ate here on New Year's night. The sushi was great. Very pretty inside with old exposed brick and old would ceilings. We will definitely go back next time we are in Natchitoches.

Tons of sushi to choose from. The South Roll was really good. The mushroom soup was wonderful, the spice was a nice surprise and the size was large. The courtyard was decorated for Christmas so we had nice ambience as well.

This restaurant had enough choices to make anyone happy. The sushi was fabulous. Very fresh. Well presented. Loved this place! Go early, it fill up!

We were relieved to find a sushi restaurant in the downtown area as we were staying in a B&B down the street an were on foot. There aren't many choices on the particular street Hana sits on. Aside from the Landing, everything is meat pies and po boys. Sushi was excellent as was the service.

We had an excellent time in this restaurant. The place is nice, food is great and fresh. Service is also nice. Definitely a good place to eat in natchitoches.
