I ordered a cup of seafood gumbo and in a matter of minutes the waitress brought a cereal bowl of gumbo. I told her I ordered the cup and she said 'dat is a cup, the bowl of gumbo is the size of my serving platter." "That's how we measure things here". The gumbo had great flavor and packed with... More

Local seafood and good burgers. Lots of seating. Big dance floor and excellent live zydeco. Where local families come to enjoy. Would go back.

Disappointed - service was very slow and the food was not great. Live music and that is good. Used to be mulatte's.

I had a group of 50 people that came to Breaux Bridge, LA for Memorial Day Weekend. I had this event planned for over 6 months. The lady that took our reservations when I first set up the event was very helpful and assured me that all was taken care of and that Saturday night would be the only night... More

It is unique and a must. The food is always good, cooked cajun style. The live music is zydeco, and seldom heard where we come from. The people that work there 'aim to please' and are so congenial you leave very satisfied.

Our family met here for my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary. The staff was very accommodating and we had a great time listening to the music and enjoying great food. The only complaint is the air was broken where we were sitting.

Great stop for a fun, family atmosphere, decent food, good service and upbeat zydeco music. Had dinner here Sunday night and noted a mix of locals and tourists, with dancing by young and old. My grilled catfish with sautéed onions was average, but hubby's crawfish boil was delish!

We came looking for two things: cajun music and crawfish. We found both and both were excellent. The crawfish were enormous. Truly huge. And excellently boiled with a good, if quite salty seasoning mix. The night we stopped in there was a four piece cajun band singing traditional mostly french songs. They were also excellent and we enjoyed the music,... More

My husband and I were looking for a place to eat that had Cajun food and not part of a chain. The food here was very good. My only wish is that instead of the French bread they serve with the meals, they would serve the meals with hush puppies. We were too early for the Cajun music but have... More
