My husband and I tried this restaurant for our April date night. It was early on a weeknight, and the restaurant was not busy. We were seated promptly and greeted quickly by our server, a lovely young Ukranian woman who did an excellent job and can't be held responsible for the awful food. As I've never eaten at a German... After arriving from Germany I decided to try this place after everyone told me not to. I thought it was just them. Well to make a long story short, I wished I listen to them. This is the worst attempt of a Germany owned restaurant cooking German food that I have ever experience. Out if seven people in the company... More

The exterior looks great! That should have put that effort into hiring a real German cook. The women that opened this place had a good idea, but it's not atmosphere that brings 'em back, it's the food! Sub-par - sorry! I grew up in Germany and my mother is German. It's OK for most GIs, but not for those that... More

I am sorry you were unhappy with our food however, we do have real German cooks. We have 3 ladies that was born and raised in Germany that cooks for us. As you well know no 2 regions cook alike just like the US. Not sure what you had but give us another chance and I will introduce you to... More

Decent and varied German food worth the visit. The relatively new restaurant is appealing on the outside and simple on the inside. It must add to its decor to bring back Germany memories. The dining area is quite clean and spacious, but it is too open and lacking all the German eye candy to better enjoy the visit as opposed... More

Caroline's spent a lot of money building this really big cool looking building. They wasted their money. The food here is completely bland and is always cold and doesn't taste very good. I have had plenty of german food and this place is not up to par. The service is also awful, as multiple visits have resulted in hour plus... More

I was most impressed with this restaurant, and all I can recommend that you stop there for lunch or dinner the next time you are in this area. The food was absolutely excellent, and most authentic..those who critic that, it is not exactly like Oma's..well, remember that the different regions of Germany have their own special variations. The Schnitzel, Red... More

For the area the food was good but I agree this is not the same quality of the food at the Old Caolines Barn. Lunch buffet is a joke. No buffett as you order what you want and they bring it to you. Way too slow. I would not mind the cost if the quality was better. Schnitzel is the... More

We went to Caroline's for my Dad's 70th birthday party. I was able to make the reservation a couple months in advance from out of state. They had everything ready upon arrival with plenty of room. Our server was friendly & competent. The food was freshly prepared & delicious, with no mistakes on anyone's order. They even accomodated a special... More

I took some family in for some German food based on recomendations from colleagues. Apparently none of them had a clue what authentic German food tastes like. The food was awful and the prices were worse. Would not recommend to anyone.
