Good food esp the potato skins and crossaints. Staff are slow to wait on tables and lacking training.
My family dined here for a Sunday lunch. It was crowded but that was no excuse for the lack of service. We never had one server but the roulette wheel of servers. We asked for ketchup, none came. finally got up from table to hunt down a manager since we were not getting service, it got worse our order was... More
Asked for a gluten free menu (2 members at our table were Celiac) and were told they no Longer have one. There were 4 items in the menu from which we could choose. 4. I will say the chef came and spoke to us to assist with finding us options. Unless we wanted it with no seasoning, there was next... More
We had 6 adults, a 4 year old and a 1 year old that ordered only a cup of water in our party. An 18% tip was automatically added to our check. I generally tip around that but the service is rarely that good when the tip is automatically added. I do not have a clue as to number in... More
Wherever u see a Cheddars...STOP....excellent food, quantity and price...new one in Dothan Al. And it is as good as the others...guarantee you will be back or look for them when you are on the road.
inedible! Even the thought of eating that food again makes me queasy. The smell as soon as you walk in is terrible, doesn't smelled like a kitchen at all, but rather stale rags from wiping tables. Only reason I went was that I was staying at the hotel and it was late and some reviews were good. Pasta was paste,... More

Pros: Seated relatively quickly for a Friday evening; server was good. Reasonably priced menu. Onion ring appetizer was good.... More
Cheddar's menu offers something for almost anyone, the portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable. For dessert, try their heavenly Monster Cookie, but you may want to share, it's plenty for 2!
I have eaten at Cheddar's a number of times and the food is always good. The portions are big and the prices aren't bad for a sit down restaurant. They also have a good variety of dishes. My family loves their fried catfish and my favorite is the country fried steak. We have tried quite a few different things and... More
We have been to Cheddars in Bowling Green and in Elizabethtown also. Have had great experiences there, but the one in Owensboro ,different. Maybe it was just our server. She sent our appetizer to the wrong table, then blamed someone else. Then she sent our entrees to the same wrong table. The food just did not seem up to par either. I always get the... More
