My son and I are sitting in the Cream & Sugar Cafe right now...we're splitting his lunch (grilled cheese & chocolate pie). It's delicious. We went to this local diner for breakfast and had the usual fare (eggs, toast, sausage, etc.). Our eggs were cooked perfectly and we were happy to see they had 4 types of southern pie (derby, lemon, buttermilk coconut, and peanut butter). The food was alright and the pies were also good. This little diner in the old downtown area of Cave City is open for breakfast and lunch. They have a small menu but some good sandwiches/paninis. Also, good coffee and pie!

This restaurant is a charming place with friendly staff and good food at a great price. I would definitely recommend Cream & Sugar Cafe as a breakfast destination.

I have on been there for breakfast but it is one of the best omelets I've ever had. The staff is always nice and quick to refill your coffee.

The food and coffee are excellent. Try the French Toast - it is yummy! The coffee is among the best I've ever had in a restaurant. We'll be back!
